TAKEOUT, HOMEMADE BLEND UP: SWEET POTATO NOODLES AND KALE

Half takeout, half home cooked. A whole lot of kale with sweet potato noodles from Nourish Kitchen Table. I picked up the noodles for dinner, then sautéed my own kale at home with sea salt and nutritional yeast. Simple and easy. 

INGREDIENTS (All Organic)  

  • Leftover noodles (Nourish Kitchen Table uses: sweet potato noodles with carrots, cabbage and peanuts) 
  • Kale 
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil 
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Nutritional yeast to taste

PROCESS

  1. Reheat noodles in medium saucepan with 1 tbsp of olive oil on low heat 
  2. Sautee kale in medium saucepan with 1/4 cup vegetable broth on low heat
  3. Top everything off with nutritional yeast and sea salt to taste
