Got in the kitchen with one of my girlfriends to show her how easy it is to whip up a healthy meal. When you have a batch of brown rice already made you save so much prep time. 

Ingredients (All Organic)

  • Brown Rice
  • Mixed Greens
  • Onions 
  • Peppers
  • Heirloom Tomatoes
  • Guacamole (Click Here) for my guacamole recipe
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt

Process For Brown Rice 

  1. Place 1 cup of rice in medium saucepan 
  2. Add 2 cups of filtered water to saucepan 
  3. Bring rice and water to a boil 
  4. Turn the heat down
  5. On low heat, cover saucepan with lid
  6. Cook for about 15 minutes without taking lid off saucepan


  1. Chop onions and peppers
  2. Lightly sautee onions and peppers in a pan on low heat for 5 minutes with just a bit of olive oil and sea salt
  3. As onions and peppers are being sauteed: chop heirloom tomatoes and heat up brown rice in a medium saucepan on low heat for 4 minutes. 
  4. Add mixed greens to bowl 
  5. Add pre-cooked brown rice to bowl
  6. Add sauteed onions and peppers to bowl
  7. Top with guacamole
