GLUTEN FREE BURRITOS

Anyone who knows or follows me can see that I love to cook, but some days you just don't have it in you to put together a full, home cooked meal. I love these burritos for nights like that. This is one of my favorite new finds.

INGREDIENTS (All Organic) 

  • Amy's gluten free, dairy free vegan burritos 
  • Guacamole - Find my recipe by (Clicking Here)
  • Rice chips 
  • Romaine lettuce

INGREDIENTS FOR SALAD DRESSING (All Organic) 

  • Olive oil
  • Filtered water
  • Apple Cider Vinegar 
  • Lemon 
  • Sea salt

PROCESS

  1. Bake burrito in the oven on 375 for 12- 15 minutes 
  2. Add Guacamole and rice cakes 
  3. Chop romaine lettuce
  4. Add simple salad dressing to romaine 

PROCESS FOR SALAD DRESSING (Serves 4)

  1. Start with a salad dressing shaker (Click here) for the one I use and am obsessed with
  2. Add 1/3 cup olive oil 
  3. 3 tbsp filtered water
  4. 1/3 cup raw apple cider vinegar 
  5. 1/2 squeezed lemon 
  6. Himalayan sea salt to taste
