I made these adorable 4th of July fruit kabobs for Benjamin, using bananas, strawberries, blueberries and watermelon cut with a star stencil. I love this recipe for a holiday treat that is healthy and festive, plus it was so fun for B to cut the fruit with the star stencil. I had a few leftovers, so I froze the fruit and used it in a simple smoothie. I never throw anything out.
INGREDIENTS (All Organic)
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup of peeled cucumber
- About 2 cups total of the mixed fruit
- Add all ingredients to a blender (click here)
- Blend until smooth
