Ingredients (All Organic)

  • 1 cup dried beans
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • ½ tsp sea salt


  1. Soak 1 cup of dried beans in 4 cups of water for 12 hours. Soaking the beans cuts the cooking time in half and helps them to digest easily.
  2. Boil 6 cups of fresh water on the stove and bring to a boil
  3. Rinse the soaked beans and add to boiling water
  4. Lower heat to a simmer and add a dash of Himalayan sea salt
  5. Cover with lid for 45 minutes
  6. At 45 minutes add ½ tsp of Himalayan sea salt
  7. Cover with lid for 15 minutes
