MY ULTIMATE BEAUTY BOOSTING AND ENERGIZING SPIRULINA SMOOTHIE

Without fail after every morning I have this smoothie I get this incredible burst of energy. Spirulina is one of the richest plant based sources of protein and is loaded with essential vitamins and anti aging effects. Adding just 1 tbsp a day has me feeling leaner and more energized than ever. 

Ingredients (All Organic)

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup mixed berries (I love it with raspberries)
  • 1/2 pitted date (to cut the taste of the spirulina)
  • 1/2 peeled cucumber (peel tastes bitte blended in a smoothie)
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup romaine (optional)  
  • Tbsp spirulina powder 

Process
