DE- BLOAT/ DE-STRESS TEA

People always ask me what I recommend for stress and bloat. This is my favorite tea whenever I'm feeling either of these stressors, which I believe are tied together. Stress creates bloat and bloat creates stress. 

Ashwagandha is an adaptogen herb that helps alleviate stress , while Dandelion root helps regulate the digestive tract and alleviate bloating. 

INGREDIENTS (All Organic)

  • Hot water (Click Here) for tea pot.
  • Loose dandelion tea
  • Loose ashwaganda tea 
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint
  • 1 tea filter

PROCESS 

  1. Boil hot water
  2. Pour 1 tsp of dandelion tea and 1 tsp of ashwaghanda tea in the tea filter. Pull strong to close seal tea bag.
  3. Add tea bag to water and steep for 4-5 minutes. 
  4. Add mint and squeezed lemon to the tea pot.
