CARROT MISO DRESSING

This is my healthy alternative to the carrot ginger dressing we all love. When enjoying a nutritious salad, make sure you are careful with the dressing -- a lot of your conventional dressings are loaded with ingredients that do not serve your body (heavy vegetable oils, tons of sugar, and preservatives to name a few). So why not make your own?! This dressing is really quick and easy and will add that extra delicious kick to your salad. 

Ingredients (All Organic) 

  • 2 medium carrots (grated) 
  • 2 tbs organic unpasteurized miso 
  • 1 inch ginger root peeled and grated 
  • 3 tbs sesame oil 
  • ½ squeezed lemon 
  • 3 tbs water 
  • Pinch of sea salt

Process

  1. Grate 2 carrots
  2. Peel and grate ginger 
  3. Add these and the rest of the ingredients to blender (Click Here) for blender
  4. Blend and enjoy!
