Papaya is rich in antioxidant nutrients, has vitamin C, magnesium (which is very calming for your system, alleviating anxiety) and is a great source of fiber. I love the creamy texture of papaya in a smoothie (and so does B). 

Ingredients (All Organic)

  • ½ cup coconut milk 
  • ½ papaya 
  • A few dashes of cinnamon 
  • Teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 celery stalk  


  1. Cut papaya in half, vertically  
  2. Scoop seeds out of papaya with spoon 
  3. Scoop inside of papaya out with a spoon
  4. Place papaya in blender with coconut milk, cinnamon, vanilla and celery 
  5. Blend until smooth
