KALE, BEET AND POTATO CHIPS

This is a great, healthier alternative to potato chips. I am a huge potato chip lover and I feel so much better when I eat something like this over a bag of chips. These are also a hit when entertaining guests. 

KALE CHIPS

Ingredients (All Organic)

  • Kale 
  • Sea salt 
  • Coconut oil 
  • Nutritional yeast 

Process 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 
  2. Chop kale into chip pieces 
  3. Dip kale in coconut oil 
  4. Sprinkle sea salt 
  5. Sprinkle nutritional yeast 
  6. Cook in oven on 350 degrees for 15 minutes  

BEET CHIPS 

Ingredients (All Organic) 

  • Beet(s)
  • Coconut Oil
  • Sea salt 

Process 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 
  2. Scrub beet 
  3. Cut beet into small pieces 
  4. Mix in a bowl with coconut oil 
  5. Cook on 350 degrees for 25 minutes 
  6. Sprinkle sea salt to taste 

POTATO CHIPS 

Ingredients (All Organic)

  • Potatoes
  • Sea salt
  • Coconut oil 

Process 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cut potatoes into chip pieces
  3. Add coconut oil to chip pieces
  4. Sprinkle with sea salt
  5. Cook in oven on 350 degrees for 15 minutes
