I know there is a lot out there about soy products, however, tempeh is something that I really enjoy (I love the texture) and just limit myself to consuming it to about 1-2 times a month. Fermented soy products (like tempeh and miso) are more easily digestible in our system and are better options.

Ingredients (All Organic) 

  • Collard greens 
  • Hummus 
  • Sliced cucumbers 
  • Tomatoes 
  • Tempeh 
  • Avocado 
  • Sea Salt 
  • Coconut oil


  1. Start with a collard green as a wrap 
  2. Spread Hummus on wrap  
  3. Add sliced cucumbers 
  4. Add sliced tomatoes 
  5. Add sauteed tempeh (take out of package, first I chop in half and then I slice it thinly). Saute for 2-4min on both sides in a small saucepan with 1/2 a tsp of coconut oil
  6. Slice and add avocado 
  7. Sprinkle sea salt to taste
