Eating cabbage is like taking a multivitamin. It is loaded with vitamins K, B6, C, minerals, magnesium, selenium, calcium and is also a good source of potassium and iron. I’m obsessed with eating cabbage raw, cooked or fermented for increased gut health.
Ingredients (All Organic)
- Baby spinach
- Heirloom tomatoes
- Purple cabbage
- Green cabbage
- Chop all veggies, slice tomatoes four ways
- Add all veggies to a bowl
