COLORFUL CABBAGE SALAD

Eating cabbage is like taking a multivitamin. It is loaded with vitamins K, B6, C, minerals, magnesium, selenium, calcium and is also a good source of potassium and iron. I’m obsessed with eating cabbage raw, cooked or fermented for increased gut health. 


Ingredients (All Organic)

  • Baby spinach 
  • Romaine 
  • Heirloom tomatoes 
  • Purple cabbage 
  • Green cabbage

 
Process 

  1. Chop all veggies, slice tomatoes four ways
  2. Add all veggies to a bowl
  3. This goes great with my flax seed dressing (Click Here) for dressing.
