MY GO-TO GREEN JUICE

Lauren from The Skinny Confidential recently asked me what my go-to green juice is. I know that if she’s curious I needed to make this a post for everyone else who’s interested. My green juice can change according to ingredients I have in the house but this is typically what I have everyday. It’s important to note that if I have this green juice mid-day of leave out the apple because of food combining principles (click here).

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 bunch kale
  • 6-8 celery stalks
  • 1 head of romaine
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 whole cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • 1 whole lemon peeled

PROCESS: 

1. Rinse all vegetables thoroughly and put in juicer (Click Here) for juicer. 

2. Enjoy!
