The eating habits B and I share all started in the womb. I pretty much ate exactly how I eat now when I was pregnant (with some minor cravings). I believe B had a familiar response to these foods because he was absorbing some of the nutrients I was consuming. My theory is that how you are with everything you do, is exactly what your children will absorb - no matter what age. I would make my green juice with Benjamin in my arms when he was just a newborn and not much has changed since then. I try to make everything fun and exciting in my home -- it's so important that I get B involved in everything I do and show enthusiasm so that positive energy transfers to him. I think it's safe to say that this is working (those who follow us can probably tell!). Instead of saying, “Ugh, I have to work out,” I turn on some music and we handle it.
