CURRENT EQUIPMENT USED IN SOME OF MY WORKOUTS

This is the current equipment I use in my workouts when I'm not using only my own body weight. Adding bands or ankle weights can help create extra lean muscles while toning and sculpting certain areas. I share below some of my favorite fitness gear right now that can be used in my workouts found on the Fitner App, available in the App Store.
