This is one of my all time favorite moves to tighten the external obliques and bum. Come to all fours with core engaged. Make sure to keep shoulders over wrists and hips over knees. Extend one leg straight back, creating a long line with the neck and spine. Bring extended leg’s knee into your elbow on the same side. Extend leg back out to long line position. Follow my step by step breakdown of the movement below.
